BACKGROUND
We would like to introduce ourselves as a Government Registered organization enthusiastically organized and dedicated as a promising and enterprising G-R-O-U-P working in the development of Education, Tourism, Health and Environment in the rural areas of Nepal. Discover Nepal was established in Nepal in 1998 through an agreement with the Social Welfare Council and the Chief District Office, Kathmandu district. The aim of Discover Nepal is to provide opportunities for the involvement in the development process, and to practically contribute towards the socio-economic development of the country.
Supplementing the Nepalese government’s formal education system through two different programmes - an education programme and an environment programme - we offer a wide range of awareness raising non-formal activities.
